The car was created so that people could do acts of kindness more easily. The telephone was made for learning Torah.

We live now in the age of instant communication. The most powerful tool of all today is the internet. With the internet, a Jew anywhere in the world can almost any Torah subject he wants.

However, we are not the only ones who know this. The Yetzer Hara knows it too. And he is not idle. He tries his best to undermine our Torah efforts, by making the internet a place where righteous people should not go.
